Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was spent at my sister's house with dad, mum, Miranda, the sister herself, the sister's fiance Anders and his parents, Jacobim and the rats. I didn't stay very long because I just didn't feel like it for some reason, but it was nice. We ate food and opened gifts, because we wacky Swedes open our gifts on the 24th instead of on the 25th.

I'm actually surprisingly uninterested in what happens on Christmas eve for someone who really loves Christmas. It's a bit odd.

Anyway, here are phoots:

Yeah... Me and Mia. Dunno what's up with my left tit but I'm leaving it uncropped because it amuses me. Miranda wore the Minnie ears initially, but they ended up on me pretty fast; I think to not make me die from her cuteness.

AWWWWWWWWWWWW. Miranda isn't really all that fond of Jacobim, to be honest. She thinks he is big and annoying. I can't say she is wrong, but I still like him.

How super idyllic wouldn't this be without the big candy bulk in her hamsterous cheek!

I like to imagine her holding some sort of large weapon instead of a package containing skis.

Photobombing Miranda!

Mia and Robert (Miranda's paternal granddad) lighting the chandelier.

Just Christmas stuff at Mia's place.

Jacobim paid plenty of attention to the cooking.

Food.

A very mature picture I drew a while ago and put on the refridgerator, 'cause I'm nice. God Jul means Merry Christmas. That's a turd, not a croissant.

More food.

Miranda getting something wrong in a game on her new Hello Kitty computer.

My face. Hello.

Jacobim opening his present. It was a bone.

Miranda with the Jedward cd I gave her.
We went low key with the gifts this year, but I still recieved the following:

A pair of mittens, a scented candle, home-made Christmas treats and two of those under-bed box thingies with wheels that I wanted from my mother.

An ink cartridge (for my previously untested printer that I hope will turn out to be good enough for sellable prints) from dad.

Interview With The Vampire
on dvd and a promise of a book about Hedward when it is delivered from Mia and Anders.

I had also ealier gotten some stuff in the mail; The Nightmare Before Christmas on dvd + a snazzy octopus tote bag + wolf pin from Zyzanna (Thank you so much! I intend to send you something other than cards in return, I just haven't gotten around to it yet because I suck, sorry!) and two Charles Bukowski books from my favouritest spidermonkey Jenn. <3

Also, today I got an extra present; a Daily Deviation over at DeviantArt! Always a happy surprise.

  2. Also I'd like to add that my recent research has proven that actually it's the Britain that is the odd one out when it comes to present opening. Estonia, Poland, Czech Republic and Germany, and I believe plenty of other european countries ALL open their presents on 24th! It's yet again the Britons that just have to be different, with their driving on the wrong side and all the other things ;)
